Miss Claudia started her cosmetology career right out of high school. She's been in the industry for 20 years. She worked her way up in the industry by starting as a shampoo girl, to securing a chair at a salong and finally becoming her own boss and freelancing. She gained significant experience during her years at Victoria's Castle salon, a staple in the City of San Fernando. There, she found the foundation and fundamentals for haircuts, color, makeup and of course, her favorit updo hairstyling. She has styled numerous prom fashion shows, weddings, quinceaneras and other special occasions. After becoming a mother for the third time, she decided to become a certified head start teacher and taught at a local priviate school for many years. All the while doing hair in the evenings and weekends. Although she loved teaching little ones, her heart was in the beauty industry. So she decided to come back into the beauty industry full time as a business owner working in and out of established salons as a freelance artist making her own hours to work around her children's schedule. Her combined experience as an educator and hairstylist provides the perfect match for NBB.
